• คำอธิบายสั้น ๆ เกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่พบ

(Repair policy)

หากสินค้าอยู่ในระยะรับประกัน และพบปัญหาจากการใช้งานปกติ
ทาง Bambu Lab ยินดีให้บริการซ่อมตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต เช่น:

• ความผิดพลาดจากการผลิตหรือการประกอบ
• ความเสียหายที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากผู้ใช้งาน

กรณีที่ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการซ่อม

• อุบัติเหตุ การตก กระแทก น้ำเข้า
• การใช้งานผิดวิธีหรือดัดแปลงสินค้า
• ป้าย Serial Number ชำรุดหรือถูกแก้ไข
• ไม่มีหลักฐานการซื้อจาก Bambu Lab
• ความสึกหรอจากการใช้งานตามปกติ
• ไม่ดูแลรักษาตามคู่มือ

If the product is under warranty and a problem occurs during normal use
Bambu Lab will provide repair service according to the manufacturer’s standards, for example:

• Defects from manufacturing or assembly
• Damage not caused by the user

Cases not covered by the repair policy

• Accidents, drops, impacts, liquid damage
• Misuse or modification of the product
• Serial number label damaged or altered
• No proof of purchase from Bambu Lab
• Normal wear and tear from use
• Failure to maintain the product according to the manual

• ชิ้นส่วนบางรายการ : รับประกัน 3 เดือน
• ชิ้นส่วนสิ้นเปลือง ไม่มีการรับประกัน
  (ยกเว้นกรณีพบความบกพร่องจากการผลิตภายในระยะรับประกัน)
   
• 3D printers: 1-year warranty
• Certain parts: 3-month warranty
• Consumables: No warranty
  (except when a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period)

 

⚠️ ข้อควรทราบเพิ่มเติม

             (Additional notes)

• หากไม่แจ้งปัญหาภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
• ต้องแจ้งกรณีไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 30 วันหลังจัดส่ง
• ไม่รองรับการเคลมข้ามภูมิภาค
• การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ไม่ถือเป็นการต่ออายุการรับประกัน
• ห้ามซ่อมเองโดยไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำจากทางบริษัท
• การใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมหรือเฟิร์มแวร์ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต จะสิ้นสุดการรับประกันทันที
• หากพบอาการผิดปกติ เช่น ควัน กลิ่นไหม้ หรือเสียงแปลก ควรปิดเครื่องและติดต่อทีมงานทันที
   
• If you do not report the problem within the specified period, you will be deemed to have waived your rights.
• You must report non-delivery within 30 days after the shipping date.
• Cross-region warranty claims are not supported.
• Replacing parts does not extend or renew the warranty.
• Do not attempt repairs yourself without guidance from the company.
• Using unauthorized accessories or firmware will void the warranty immediately.
• If you notice anything abnormal (e.g. smoke, burning smell, or unusual noise), turn off the device and contact our team immediately.
